Dump Truck

This is a dump truck, duh. The wheels are donuts and the cargo is brownies. I made it for my nephew's birthday and his mom found the cutest traffic cone candles to complete it.

Sunflower Shower

I made this cake for a bridal shower. The brides bouquet is going to be sunflowers, obviously.

The flowers are Oreos with frosting.

I couldn't resist making my ladybugs.

Ladybug

Inspired by a customer, I made this to match a custom banner.

Note the candle antenna,

the cute feet,

the adorable eyelashes,
and what ladybug would be complete without green insides with chocolate chunks!

Very Hungry Caterpillar

I made this banner for a client who was having a Hungry Caterpillar birthday party for her daughter. It turned out so cute, I'm going to have to make more!

Don't you love the little toes on the bottom?

2 Tier Pale Pink and White

This is almost exactly the same as the Brown and Blue cake, just in girly colors.

I made this for a baby shower. Again, it is all edible except for the silk ribbon trim.

I Love You

This cake is not covered in fondant. Instead I poured a ganache glaze over it. I gives it a semi-smooth sheen that is both beatiful and appetizing. The mini hearts are fondant.

Grandma's Quilt

This first picture is actually the second time that I made this cake and it is quite a bit cleaner than the first attempt.

Although my first time wasn't too bad either.

The really cool think about this cake is that the fondant is embeded instead of layered, so you get a nice "flat" surface with all of the patterns.

After putting each square on individually, I "quilted" it with a toothpick. The needle is a skewer covered in fondant and strung with ribbon.

Lolipops and Clowns

The theme for the party this went to was lolipops. You know, the big swirly kind with all the colors that you get at Great America.

This looks more like a clown to me, but I like it. It is lined with peanut M&M's.

ConGraduations

This is the hard hat before the top went on.

The graduate in this case gradutated in 2010 in Construction Management.

The cap is cardboard covered in fondant. The tassle is fashioned from ribbon and attached with a tack. I wouldn't eat this part. Luckily it lifts off easily.

No hard hat would be complete without a sticker of the flag. Go ahead and count the stars!

This one graduated from Weber State. This is their logo.

And the finished product.
