Trumans Party

Today is Trumans 1st birthday...party. Trumans mom sent a photo of the cake she wanted and it had these little spacers between each tier. This, I have never done before.

So this cake became another one of those memorable learning experiences.

This cupcake top is going to be given to the big boy to make a mess of, so it needed to be in frosting and not fondant. This is the 3rd and final frosting attempt, and the best it will get from me. I am a terrible piper.
