Polka Dots and Flowers

This time around I wanted to make a baby shower cake that was a little bit elegant and a little bit cute. I hope I acheived that here.

You just can't ever go wrong with polka dots.

Quicky Shower Cake

I did have much grander plans for this cake, but I got swamped with work and a paying cake customer, so this freebie got downsized. Sorry Martha.



I still wanted it to be cute even though it was now smaller and simpler, so I went all out on the bow.

The squiglies were a first for me, and maybe they are more party-ish rather than shower-ish, but I still like them.
